A jewellery bill is not a normal invoice. JewelBooks lets you enter gross weight, stone or beads less, net weight, rate per gram, V.A percent, labour per gram, discount and GST on every item, with several items on one bill.
You can issue a regular sales voucher, a credit sale with part payments later, or an estimate before the customer decides. Voucher numbers follow your own series, so the numbering you already use carries on.
Old gold and silver exchange without GST mistakes
When a customer gives old gold or silver, JewelBooks records it as a URD entry and links it to the sale. GST is worked out on the correct taxable value first, and the old metal is then adjusted as a payment, so your tax figures stay right.

Print a professional A4 tax invoice, a thermal bill, or an estimate. Invoices can carry a UPI QR code, payment details, terms such as no return and no exchange, and signature blocks. You can also share the invoice as a PDF on WhatsApp.
